    Staff always flexible and amicable!

    Little place with exceptional views. Impressive room and brand-new all around. The most important - stunning and nice location to the jungle. Close to immaculate gardens, the center, and wonderful nature.

    Very relaxing overall experience. Quiet little and amazing option among 3-star hotels. Exceptionally clean room with a balcony as advertised. Stunning and amazing setting, not far from nature and beautifully manicured gardens.

    We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were superb - the infinity pool was amazing and the gardens were beautiful with lush flora. The staff were pretty good and were helpful. the hotel offered a free shuttle service , made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with rooms being immaculate and well-maintained.

    The pool was nice and clean, and the location was great for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was a plus.

    We had a negative experience with a cat on the property. The staff did not take the situation seriously when my partner was bitten and scratched, and we were given conflicting information about the cat's medical records. This soured our overall experience and made us uncomfortable staying on the property.
